Town Office Reception Area Will Be Temporarily Located on Third Floor of Ponoka Civic Centre Due to Renovations

Beginning on Monday, August 11, visitors to the Town Office at the Ponoka Civic Centre will be directed to a temporary reception area on the third floor while renovations to the second-floor reception area are completed.

Whether you are coming for an appointment, to pay a bill or for any other Town-related business, all visitors are asked to please take the elevator or stairs to the third-floor reception area to check in. 

The renovation work that is underway will facilitate better utilization of space and enhanced customer service. The work is expected to be completed by the end of August.

Hours of service at the Town Office will remain unchanged (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. except for statutory holidays).
