Online Banking

To pay using online banking, go online and sign into your bank account and choose ‘Town of Ponoka Utilities’ as a ‘payee.' The ‘account number’ can be located at the top left corner of your utility bill. 

If your account number is not accepted, you may need to remove the decimal point and add zeroes to the beginning of the account number to satisfy your bank's requirements.
