Get Active with New Fall Recreation Programming
The Town of Ponoka is excited to offer two new recreation programs in the multi-purpose room at the Ponoka Aquaplex (5315 46 Avenue) this fall.
Stretch and Strength Yoga Class with Kris Inglis
Join certified instructor Kris Inglis for a beginner-friendly yoga flow class. Explore an introduction to strength, stretch and mobility work in a supportive and safe environment.
Classes will run weekly from October 22 to November 26 on Wednesdays from 12 to 1 p.m. The cost is $75 for a six-week session or $15 per class. One free class is included for those who register for all six weeks.
Pilates for Everybody
Join a certified instructor, Hayley, to build strength, improve posture and connect with your body in a positive, supportive environment. These classes focus on movements designed for everybody.
Classes will run weekly from October 28 to November 25 on Tuesdays from 7 to 7:50 p.m. The cost is $60 for a five-week session or $15 per class. One free class is included for those who register for all five weeks.
