CPO Duties
- Patrolling the community including the Battle River Valley, public parks and business districts in Ponoka;
- Listening and responding to bylaw concerns, requests, and questions from citizens;
- Educating citizens on Town bylaws and provincial legislation, and providing enforcement when needed; and
- Rewarding citizens who demonstrate good safety habits through the Positive Ticketing Program.
