Town of Ponoka Utility Bills Delayed

Please be advised that Town of Ponoka utility bills will be delayed due to our system being temporarily down.

The next bill you receive will include the billing amount for February and March. There will be no late payment penalties applied until regular billing resumes. 

In the meantime, you are encouraged to please pay your typical February utility billing amount (based on the amount charged on past bills) to help reduce financial pressure from receiving two billing months on one bill in the coming weeks. 

Please note, monthly auto pay will continue uninterrupted for everyone who has signed up for automatic withdrawals. It will be based on an estimate of your previous billing amounts. Thank you.
