Ponoka United Church Presents: An Evening With Martin Kerr
In a few short years, Martin Kerr has gone from busking on street corners to selling out major theatres, including The Windspear, Festival Place, and The Arden. Martin has been playing at huge festivals and has landed his album in the Canadian Top 10, all as an independent artist. Now signed with Nettwerk Records, he’s about to go global.
Martin has opened for Sarah McLachlin, Walk off the Earth, David Foster & Katharine McPhee, and Corb Lund just to name a few. Martin will also be opening later this summer for Johnny Reid.
Martin Kerr’s album, Don't Listen To Me was recorded across North America in Vancouver, Nashville and his adopted hometown of Edmonton. The songs are inspired by gratitude for real love, the pain of loss, and seeking hope and balance in turbulent times.
