2025 Municipal Election – Official List of Candidates for the Town of Ponoka
The following individuals are officially nominated as candidates for the 2025 Municipal Election in the Town of Ponoka.

The 2025 Municipal Election will be held on Monday, October 20 with voting taking place from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Stagecoach Saloon at the Ponoka Stampede Grounds (5616 39 Avenue).
Advance voting will be held at the Ponoka Drop-In Centre (5015 46 Avenue) on:
- Wednesday, October 15 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Saturday, October 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Institutional Voting will take place in the Town of Ponoka on Wednesday, October 15 at the following facilities (only for residents at these locations):
- Ponoka Hospital & Care Centre, Long Term Care from 9 to 10:30 a.m.
- Northcott Care Centre from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Seasons Retirement Village from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.
- Rimoka Golden Leisure Lodge - 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Legacy Place – 1 to 4:00 p.m.
