Town Office Reception Temporarily Located on Third Floor
The Town Office reception area is temporarily located on the third-floor of the Ponoka Civic Centre, while renovations on the second-floor reception area are being completed.
Whether you are coming for an appointment, to pay a bill or for any other Town-related business, all visitors are asked to please take the elevator or stairs to the third-floor reception area to check in.
The renovation work that is underway will facilitate better utilization of space and enhanced customer service. The work is expected to be completed by the end of August.
Hours of service at the Town Office will remain unchanged (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. except for statutory holidays).
