Phishing Email Notice

The Town of Ponoka is receiving reports of phishing emails impersonating a Town employee named Dwayne being sent to Ponoka citizens and vendors of the Town. The emails are about a Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Town of Ponoka and include a link to the RFP. Please do not click on the link and immediately delete the email. This email did not originate from the Town of Ponoka.

If you have clicked on the link, please change your passwords for your computer and email immediately. If you have provided any sensitive information, such as credit card or payment information, please call your bank immediately to change your banking information and cancel the affected credit cards immediately. Thank you.
