If you currently have a utility account with the Town and need to change your personal information (examples: updated address, email address, or banking information). Please download the form below and complete it on your desktop PDF reader:

Citizens can then send the completed form by:

Email to utilities@ponoka.ca;
Dropping off the form at the Town Office (second floor of the Ponoka Civic Centre); or
Mail the form to the Town Office (200, 5604 50 St, Ponoka, AB, T4J 1G5).
