Pay a Bill

Sign up for the Town's Pre-Authorized Payment Plan to have your utility bill automatically paid from your account every month. Completed forms and banking information can then be submitted in one of the following ways:

• Emailed to utilities@ponoka.ca 
• Dropped off at the Town Office (second floor of the Ponoka Civic Centre)
• Mailed to the Town Office (#200, 5604 50 Street, Ponoka, AB T4J 1G5)

To pay using online banking, go online and sign into your bank account and choose ‘Town of Ponoka Utilities’ as a ‘payee.' The ‘account number’ can be located at the top left corner of your utility bill. 

If your account number is not accepted, you may need to remove the decimal point and add zeroes to the beginning of the account number to satisfy your bank's requirements. 

Pay with a credit card by using the Town’s credit card payment slip. Please fill in the payment slip with your credit card information, your signature, utility account number and dollar amount for the bill payment. 

Completed forms can then be submitted in one of the following ways:

• Emailed to utilities@ponoka.ca
• Dropped off at the Town Office (second floor of the Ponoka Civic Centre)
• Mailed to the Town Office (#200, 5604 50 Street)

Please note: Credit card numbers are not kept on file. The credit card payment slip must be resubmitted for each transaction.
