Join certified instructor Hayley at the Ponoka Aquaplex for Pilates classes focused on building strength, improving posture and connecting with your body in a positive, supportive environment.

Weekly classes until March 30.

Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 - 6:50 p.m. and 7:10 to 8 p.m.

Cost is $15 per class or just $7.50 with a Ponoka Recreation Pass.
